Unfortunately, overseas is where quite a bit of the fake product trade thrives; however, you can protect yourself by conducting the proper research. The article posted at http://www.wholesale4um.com/gforum.cgi?post=2#2 is a great place to start.

It seems like this is the MOST often asked question on just about every wholesale forum.
99.999% of the time if your Chanel, Gucci, Coach etc bag comes from China it IS fake!
I have been selling jewelry and fashion accessories for years and I can assure you what I am telling you.
If you want fakes why bother risking ordering from China with Money orders? You can cheaper bags right here in the us!
I am working on an ebook that I will make available for free, because I am tired of the scammers from China preying on people over the internet!
NEVER EVER pay ANY Chinese "wholesaler" with money order. If they cannot accept PayPal tell them too bad.
There are many sources right here in the US where you can get those fake bags, shoes, sunglasses etc. on the cheap and even wholesale.
Some of them are actually REALLY good fakes with real leather.
Just wait for my FREE ebook to get the lowdown on the fake designer industry.
BTW I used to sell a few of these but do not anymore. There plenty of ways to make good money in the US without having to sell fake stuff.
