But, in this era of advance technology, there are some who took advantage on this matter by conducting un-ethical things toward others. For this matter, we, the B2BQuote team, have come out with a series of fraud prevention tips to help our members to conduct business with peace of mind.
Currently, we will suspend or terminate the membership of anyone from B2BQuote members who is suspected involved in allegations of fraud, or dishonorable activities in connection with our site. Suspended member's website is hence not accessible and suspended member is not allowed to login to B2BQuote Member Area until his/her status with us is reactivated. This is to prevent the repeating of possible offences that might cause losses to other B2BQuote members.
Please note that the above action is necessary and may be taken on the suspicion of fraud, before obtaining evidence. This has been mentioned in our B2BQuote Agreement:
4.2 Fraud. Without limiting any other remedies, b2bquote may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site. Your Information.
We, on behalf of B2BQuote, would like to clearify that:
- B2BQuote does not send out any email relating to a purchase transaction or purchase offer.
- B2BQuote does not coordinate payment between buyers and sellers.
- B2BQuote never and will not hold money or goods on behalf of either buyers or sellers.
- Payment and delivery terms is a matter between buyers and sellers only.
- B2BQuote DOES NOT AND CAN NOT GUARANTEE if a buyer or seller is genuine and trustable.
- B2BQuote is not involved, directly or indirectly, with any individuals/companies that uses the B2BQuote website.
- Information which appear on B2BQuote about member profile(company name,contact person, email, etc.) or member products(product name, product price, product specification, product description, etc.) are truly provided by member. B2BQuote DOES NOT AND CAN NOT GUARANTEE such information is legal, accurate, genuine and trustable.
- B2BQuote is not responsible for the conduct of our members in relation to their business activities using or providing information on our website.
