They comparison-shopped, asked others for advice, negotiated – and yet, Sean Harper and the rest of TSS-Radio, a satellite radio start-up, still paid money in credit card processing fees than it profited during its first year. “I thought I had gotten a really good deal,” Harper said. “That was the most frustrating part of all.” In fact, the start-up paid $15,000 more than expected to their processors.
