How to Make Money Hosting a Designer Purse Party

Do you enjoy designer purses ? Here’s a fun and unique way to be around designer purses while making money at the same time. How? By hosting a designer purse party. Designer purse parties have become quite popular, particularly on the West Coast as more and more people discover how entertaining and lucrative they can be.
Before organizing your designer purse party, you’ll need a reliable source for designer purses to sell. There are a variety of directories on the Internet that list sources for wholesale designer purses. You can find these directories by doing a Google search. Other sources for wholesale designer purses would be auction sites such as eBay, where these purses are often sold in lots at discounted prices. Be sure to purchase your purses from a reputable seller since there are lots of replicas out there.
Once you have a source for your designer purses, start by ordering fifteen to twenty designer purses along with ten to fifteen designer wallets . This should be enough to stock your first designer purse party. If you sell more than you have on hand, you can always take special orders and deliver them after the party.
Write down the names of at least twenty friends who are fashion conscious and would like to carry a designer purse. You can encourage each of these twenty friends to invite someone to come with them to the party. This gives you the potential for up to forty guests at your designer purse party which is more than enough when you’re just starting out.
Once you have your list finalized, buy a set of cards from your stationary store that has a purse motif printed on it. Fill in your invitation with something like this:
"Bring a friend and join us for an evening of fun, food, and fashion. This is your chance to see and try a variety of beautiful designer purses. Light desserts and coffee will be served. Be sure to join us for a night of friendship and fun. Hope to see you there! Please RSVP within the next week"
On the evening of the party, display your purses in an eye catching fashion on several tables around the room. After greeting your guests, allow them to handle and try on the purses. It might even be fun to host a mini fashion show where everyone models a different handbag. To relax everyone and get them in a buying mood, serve light refreshments and coffee, then get prepared to take orders for your designer purses.
Announce to the group at the end of the evening that they can get discounts on designer purses by hosting a designer purse party of their own. Follow up by getting the contact information of anyone who expresses an interest in holding a party. Once you have a few contacts willing to host a party, your designer purse party business should start to grow as more people want to participate. To attract even more people to your parties, try advertising your parties on bulletin boards in your area and give out business cards to people you meet on a daily basis.
The designer purse party business can be both fun and lucrative. Why not host one of your own?
